Deployment on Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement was Carried Out in Aluminum Corporation of China Limited

A videophone meeting on the analysis on the production and operation between January and April was held on May 29 in Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO), which further carried out the deployment for the work of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. President Luo Jianchuan requested all workers to know clearly the urgent task of cost reduction and efficiency improvement; to do all works well including production and organization, supply of raw materials and marketing with profits as the center; to accelerate the management connection among the newly joined enterprises under the company and speed up the cost reduction and efficiency improvement on aluminum processing; and to strengthen the management, advocate saving, eliminate waste and mobilize the whole company’s strength to make profits out of even one percent.
